Login Problems?

Why can’t I login to the Member site?

Firstly, be sure you have correctly entered your Username and Password.

A1 - (If applicable) Remember that you can only use your Username and Password from the tmtg.com website.

A2 - You may have registered but our Customer Service department has not yet authorized your membership. This is typically done within 1 -2 business days from signing up. Alternately, you may contact 1-800-732-5638 to confirm your authorization.   

A3 - If you are still having a problem logging in and have tried a number of times, it is possible that you have been locked out.  Your account, as a security measure, will lock out after too many failed login attempts. Contact 1-800-732-5638.

I have a MAC computer with the MAC OS9 Operating System – Why can’t I login?

All of the MAC users, on the older OS9 IE 5.5 platform, have used this solution to resolve this browser incompatibility problem. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide updates to support the OS9 Internet Explorer 5.5 platform on MAC computers. To access our site on this version of MAC you will need to download the free version of the Netscape 7.02 browser or newer, at the following address: http://sillydog.org/narchive/full67.php  If you have an older version of Netscape currently installed, we recommend updating to this current version. Once you have installed it, you will be able to login to our site via the Netscape browser.

Why can’t I login with my Mozilla browser?

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or newer will allow you to login. Ensure that your version is up to date. Unfortunately, web standards compliance is handled differently by all browsers. Our website is optimized for the Internet Explorer browser, which the vast majority of web users use. There is some screen display issues with Firefox 1.5, but you can still navigate our site and use everything as normal. The screen layout is off a bit but we will shortly be bringing you a a new interface with greater browser compatibility.

Password Problems?

How do I login if I've forgotten my password?

Click the button on the login page “Password Reminder” with your username entered into the Username field. We will email your password.

I was supposed to receive a Password Reminder… where is it?

If you have not yet received this, be sure that you’re using the correct email address. Password reminders are only sent to the email address you specified when setting up your account. If you desire to receive this at a different email address and/or want to change the email address listed for your account, please contact us at 1-800-732-5638. As a security precaution, we will need to first verify your information before any changes can be made.

How do I change my password?

  1. Login to our site and access your Registration Record by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the Home page. Here you will see your personal profile which you may make changes to at anytime, if you desire
  2. Scroll down to the area titled "Change Password".
  3. Type in your old password in the text box provided.
  4. Type in a new password in the text box provided.
  5. Confirm your new password by re-typing it in the text box provided.
  6. Click on "Update Password"
